Philogene has already played at Portman Road this season, having come on as a 64th minute sub for Villa in their pulsating 2-2 draw with Town back in September.

And, with home games surely key for the Blues as they bid to stay in the Premier League, Philogene confirmed that the vocal home faithful make it a tough place to play for visiting teams.

“It’s a challenge!" he revealed. "You guys were… you don’t look like a team that’s just been promoted to be fair, a very strong team.”
