Plymouth Argyle player ratings from come-from-behind Oxford United draw
Here are the player ratings of Plymouth Live's Argyle reporter Chris Errington from the Pilgrims' 1-1 draw against Oxford United at Home Park. You can give your marks too using our special widget further down this story.
Dan Grimshaw 6 - Recalled to the team because of an injury to Conor Hazard and was beaten by a fierce shot on the run from Will Vaulks for Oxford's goal in the 44th minute. When the ball went fairly centrally into the net it was the pace rather than the placement which was too much for Grimshaw, who made two big saves from U's substitute Siriki Dembele in second half stoppage time.
Julio Pleguezuelo 6 - Had another solid game playing on the right of Argyle's defensive trio in a 3-4-2-1 formation following his very strong performance in the Emirates FA Cup upset win against Brentford.

Victor Palsson 6 - With Lewis Gibson transferred to Preston North End and Kornel Szucs ruled out by injury, Argyle are short on defensive options but Palsson has stepped in for the couple of matches and done well. He was caught out of position when Oxford took the lead after rushing out to the right from his central role but apart from that he had a good game.
Brendan Galloway 6 - Given Argyle's limited defensive options it will have been a concern for Miron Muslic to see Galloway struggling to run in the closing stages of the game, by which stage the new head coach had already used his five permitted substitutes.
Bali Mumba 6 - Switched from the left to the right wing-back role for this match and played with good energy and determination as he has done during a recent good spell of form from him. Miron Muslic will look to his wing-backs to provide a lot of the attacking impetus for his side.
Adam Randell 6 - While the captain did not play badly, Oxford definitely had the better of the central midfield area where Will Vaulks and Cameron Brannagan were particularly strong.
Darko Gyabi 5 - Returned to the starting line-up at the expense of 19-year-old Caleb Roberts, who had played against Brentford, but apart from one driving run in the second half which eventually fizzled out he did not contribute enough to the attacking effort.
Tymoteusz Puchacz 7 STAR MAN - An encouraging full debut for the Poland international at left wing-back. A few of his corners and free-kicks were over-hit or misplaced, but he regularly got into some good attacking positions and put in some dangerous crosses, most notably for Rami Al Hajj to get his second half equaliser. Considering this was Puchacz's first match since the end of November he lasted the pace well.
Morgan Whittaker 5 - There were glimpses of the attacking quality that Whittaker has but not enough of them, especially in the second half when apart from Rami Al Hajj's equaliser they did not trouble Oxford too much defensively.
Rami Al Hajj 6 - Had a good start to the game, forcing one fine save out of Jamie Cumming with a sidefoot finish and shooting not far wide soon afterwards. He then had a quiet spell either side of half-time before getting his third goal of the season in the 64th minute with a deft, guided header into the far corner of the net.
Michael Baidoo 5 - His first two appearances for Argyle have been as a striker in a 3-4-2-1 set-up and on the very early evidence he does not appear to be ideally suited to that role. Of course, it is still very early days as he adjusts to playing in England after his recent transfer from Swedish side Elfsborg and he will only get better and more up to speed by getting minutes under his belt.
SUBSTITUTES
Michael Obafemi 5 - Was a 75th minute substitute for Rami Al Hajj and went up front, which allowed Michael Baidoo to drop back into one of the two 'number 10' roles alongside Morgan Whittaker.
Ibrahim Cissoko - Sent on to play wide on the left in the 85th minute, with defender Victor Palsson the one to make way as Argyle switched to a back four. Did not get enough of the ball in the closing stages to pose any real threat to Oxford.
Jordan Houghton - Was a straight swap for Darko Gyabi in central midfield in the 89th minute.
Nathanael Ogbeta - Tymoteusz Puchacz was struggling with cramp after putting in a real shift in his first Argyle start so Ogebta was an 89th minute replacement for the Pole.
Substitutes (not used): Zak Baker, Callum Wright, Mustapha Bundu, Matty Sorinola, Caleb Roberts
