A worldwide TV audience will watch Plymouth Argyle host Liverpool at a sold-out Home Park on Sunday in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round.

The high-profile of the Pilgrims' fixture against the Premier League leaders has been reflected in media interest locally, nationally and internationally. For example, Optus Sports in Australia and ESPN in the United States will broadcast the match live, using the world feed provided by Gravity Media, who are The FA's production partner.

Optus Sport and ESPN will have their own reporters pitchside at Home Park and carry out post-match interviews. In total, there are 112 people on the broadcast list for the fourth round tie, which covers ITV - who are televising the game live in the UK - as well as the BBC, ESPN, Optus Sport and Sky Sports.

Argyle head coach Miron Muslic and some of the players were interviewed this week by Gravity Media, who also filmed some of the training session at Harper's Park on Tuesday, to incorporate into the world feed.

Usually there are around 60/70 people on the broadcast list whenever Argyle have a Championship match at Home Park shown live by Sky Sports, as was the case when the Pilgrims beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 last Saturday.

ITV1's live coverage in the UK will start at 2.15pm. Mark Pougatch will be the presenter, joined by guests Robbie Fowler and Karen Carney. The match commentators will be Sam Matterface and Lee Dixon.

Viaplay will be broadcasting the game across large parts of Europe, while in other examples it will be on Sportsnet in Canada, Sky Sport 2 in New Zealand and ESPN - Disney+ in South America.

So many media representatives applied for accreditation to attend the FA Cup clash that some could not be accepted because of insufficient space. There will be around 80 people coming through the Argyle Media Centre, which is underneath the Barn Park End.

The two rows of seats in the Gordon Sparks Press Box in the Upper Mayflower Grandstand will be packed, with Plymouth Live's Argyle reporter Chris Errington joined by former Western Morning News sports editor Mark Stevens for coverage of this game.
