PORT GLASGOW Juniors will look to keep the heat on Knightswood at the top of GreenVersity Division Four this weekend when they travel to Kirkintilloch to face Rossvale.

The Undertakers are four points off the top of the pile after the top togs kept their unbeaten run going with a 5-1 defeat of Campbeltown Pupils in Kintyre last weekend.

The victory saw Jamieson's side, who pride themselves on their attacking prowess, keep their first clean sheet since October's 5-0 win against Carluke at the John Cumming Stadium in Lanarkshire.

And the Port boss will be looking to try and hit a purple patch at the back and pick up consecutive clean sheets as they look to make an assault on the Fourth Division table toppers, who face Newmains United this weekend.

In the way of the Undertakers side on Satrurday are sixth placed Rossvale, the Bishopbriggs-born side playing out of Kirkintilloch.

Josh Gardiner's side felt aggrieved not to have taken anything from their previous tie against Jamieson's men back in August, when they were edged out in a 3-2 thriller at Parklea despite the efforts of Kevin Docherty and Brandon Fallon, so they will be out for revenge on home soil this time around.

A win would come in handy for the Port, with Easterhouse in action against Eglinton, meaning a win over Vale might  see them move as much as 11 points clear and effectively make it a two horse race for the title.

Kick off at the newly opened Kirkintilloch Sports Complex is 2pm.
