Pubs across Bolton preparing for Six Nations rugby tournament
Pubs across Bolton are gearing up for the Six Nations rugby tournament.
The tournament kicks off on Friday, January 31, with the match between France and Wales.
Then on Saturday, February 1, Scotland will face Italy, and defending champions Ireland will take on England.
The Six Nations will run until Saturday, March 15.
The beloved sport will be shown in Admiral Taverns-owned pubs, including the Alma Inn, Beeley's Bar, Gilnow Arms, Keg & Thread, Lamb Hotel, Lord Raglan, Royal Hotel, and Victoria.
These venues are equipped with televisions to ensure fans will not miss a minute of the action.
More than 80 community pubs in the North West will be showing the tournament live.
This includes Admiral Taverns' 200 Proper Pubs division, which is known for its 'community-focused approach.'
The firm operates over 1,400 pubs nationwide and is particularly well-known for its 'wet-led' approach, focusing on drinks rather than food sales.
The Six Nations is a key event in the rugby calendar, and Admiral Taverns hopes these local pubs will be buzzing with fans supporting their teams.
