Rangers hit with more Storm Eowyn chaos as 'smashed cars' knock Clement's plans off schedule
Rangers' schedule has been thrown into chaos by Storm Eowyn with Philippe Clement revealing it was 'too dangerous' to report to training as planned.
And it means he'll have to wait to find out how injured stars like Leon Balogun, Vaclav Cerny and Connor Barron are doing before tomorrow's clash with Dundee United. Scotland has been hit by some of its worst weather on record over the last 24 hours and this weekend's football is feeling the effects with Celtic's game against Dundee already postponed due to stadium damage.
Ibrox has also suffered serious structural issues with images circulating on social media showing a section of the roof of the main stand hanging off. That wouldn't have affected their game on Sunday either way as they travel to Tayside to face Jim Goodwin's team. But what has affected that one is the weather's impact on their travel plans.

It delayed their return from Thursday night's Europa League defeat to Manchester United and it means stars like Cerny, Balogun and Barron, all of whom were forced off at Old Trafford, are yet to have scans to assess the extent of their injuries. Those would have taken place on Friday but dangerous roads meant they were unable to report to the Rangers Training Centre as planned.
Normal service resumed today and Rangers are playing catchup as Clement told Sky Sports on Saturday morning "We cannot say anything about (the injured players). Yesterday we had plans to come back to train here in the building, but with the storm, it was too dangerous. There were a few cars smashed on the road here in the morning so it was too dangerous to come to the building.
"It was also not possible to bring players to the hospital for scans and to check things. So we need to make an assessment today.
"It's disruptive for sure but we need to adapt. It is what it is and you cannot change anything about it. You can only control the things you can control yourself. This was out of control for everybody. We need to adapt and I need to make decisions later on today and tomorrow."
