Reading trip to relegation-threatened Crawley amended due to television selection
Reading's trip to Crawley Town has been selected for Sky Sports coverage, pushing kick-off forward.
The Royals have never played a league match at the Broadfield Stadium, visiting there last over a decade ago in the FA Cup as a Premier League side in 2013.
Expected to sell-out fast for the short trip to Sussex on March 8, it will now kick-off at 12.30pm instead of 3pm.
Reading are due to host Birmingham City on Saturday, February 22 and this too is a 12.30pm kick-off live on Sky Sports due to the Blues' push for promotion.
Reading beat the Red Devils 4-1 back in September and Crawley currently sit down in 22nd, six points adrift of safety in the third tier.
Tickets for the tie go on sale on Wednesday, with an allocation of over 1,400 expected to sell-out.
The EFL and Sky Sports will confirm all television picks weeks in advance to alert supporters.
