'Reel that big fish in' - Luke Littler brutally mocks Liverpool as Manchester United message sent
Manchester United fan Luke Littler wasted no time in rubbing salt in Liverpool's wounds after their shock FA Cup exit against Plymouth Argyle.
The Premier League leaders were beaten 1-0 by the Championship basement boys, with Ryan Hardie's strike from the penalty spot being the only goal of the game. Arne Slot had made nine changes ahead of the trip to Home Park but still had plenty of star players on the pitch.
Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Federico Chiesa, Wataru Endo, Harvey Elliott, Kostas Tsimikas and Caoimhin Kelleher all started the FA Cup tie on the south coast, but the Championship side were deserved winners over the 90 minutes, defending for their lives in the final throes of the game.

Littler, who is an avid United fan, took to Instagram to mock Liverpool's shock result. The darts sensation posted an Instagram story that read "HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA."
A Liverpool fan took the bait and responded: "Sit at 14th." Littler responded with a screenshot of the message and shared: "13th actually mate hahahahahahahaha reel that big fish in."
With Liverpool now out of the competition, Man United will fancy themselves as one of the favourites despite not being anywhere near their best this season. The Reds made it through to the fifth round of the FA Cup following their dramatic 2-1 win over Leicester City at Old Trafford.
Bobby De Cordova-Reid had given the Foxes the lead before half-time, with Joshua Zirkzee equalising for United in the 68th minute, before Harry Maguire scored the winner in the dying embers of the game. Littler watched the game with fellow United fan and YouTuber Angry Ginge, predicting the late winner.
"To be fair, a Maguire header off this and it's on," said Ginge. "Everyone [in the live stream chat] is saying Maguire."
The Reds defender, in turn, found the back of the net even though there was a suspicion of offside.
