A Pembrokeshire sailing club's quiz night raised money for the RNLI.

Tenby Sailing Club's quiz night, which took place on Saturday, January 4, attracted seven teams.

The event, organised by quiz master Terry Evans, was announced as a success, with proceeds directed to the RNLI.

The next quiz night will be on Saturday, February 1.

The club has recently launched a new members' area called 'MyClubhouse'.

This online platform allows members to easily access information about events, subscriptions, membership renewals, teams, and documents.

Members can register for an account and log in at tenbysailingclub.myclubhouse.co.uk to renew their membership for 2025 and take advantage of discounted early renewal rates.

The club is closed for maintenance work and is expected to reopen on Friday, January 17.

As part of the ongoing refurbishment, the ground floor changing rooms are set to be completed by March, just in time for the new sailing season starting in April.

Attention is also being given to the upkeep of the club's safety boats and the pilot boat, all of which are being maintained to RYA standards under the supervision of Ed Dashfield.

Sunday lunches will be available again on Sunday, January 19.

The club's Robin Wood has been racing his Supernova at Tata Steel Sailing Club, coming 8th out of 36 in the autumn frostbite series and 6th out of 14 in the Christmas series.
