Saints fans give views as winter transfer window opens
FANS have shared what they want to see Southampton do in the winter transfer window, which opened on Wednesday.
Southampton have already secured a loan departure for Ronnie Edwards and further players could depart to trim Ivan Juric's squad.
Juric explained Saints will need to terminate loans or allow more to leave the club before they seek to sign anyone else.
Here's what some Southampton supporters would like to see the club do in the winter transfer window.
Matt Hall said: "We are relegated, time to ship out anyone that isn’t part of next year's team. We do not need to spend any more cash on players we then can’t shift for peanuts."

Steve Slack added: "What player would want to come to a sinking ship? We are by a country mile the worst team in the league and I don’t see us beating anyone else this year.
"The Rot has set in. Every team we play expects to and does beat us. We have very little goal threat and cannot defend to any decent standard."
Phil Mckeon wrote: "It's January, we won't do much action in this window. If anything a few players who don't play will go. We need to reduce the squad."
Ross Ferguson suggested: "Bring in a director of football to put an end to the scattergun approach to recruitment that’s cost us our chance in the Prem."

Matt Curson proposed: "Sell those who won't be there next season whilst a premier league team to get the most money.
"Don't buy anyone. Use the money we make in this window to buy players to win the championship next season."
Dan Huntley wrote: "I would like to (see us) ship out Stephens, Sulemana, McCarthy, Cornet, Smallbone and Larios. All (are) not good enough.
"Larios is unfortunate but I can’t ever see him being fit. Any luck come the summer we can find a way of getting rid of Stewart as well.
"We just need a striker who can actually hit the target desperately. On top of that, a winger and a centre-mid would be nice.
"Would love a reunion with James Ward-Prowse on loan if it was doable considering neither Forest nor West Ham want him."
