He helped the Cherries under-18s reach the fifth round of the FA Youth Cup in the 2023/24 season, starting in the 5-0 victory at Newcastle United’s St James’ Park in round four.
Salisbury FC manager Callum Hart said: "We're delighted to welcome Karlos to Salisbury.
"He’s a player who has been on our radar for some time, and we are really excited by this signing.
"He’s already had a loan last season at step 3, where he was excellent for Sholing, so he comes to us with experience in men’s football.
"Karlos is a very technical midfielder who is very comfortable in possession and has great energy levels to go with it.
"We continue to build our excellent relationship with AFC Bournemouth and thank them for allowing Karlos to showcase his talents with us."
Alongside his footballing exploits, Gregory is also a black belt in Taekwondo.
