Six Manchester United players free to talk to new clubs
Six Manchester United players are free to negotiate pre-contract agreements with overseas clubs from today.
Amad, Harry Maguire, Christian Eriksen, Jonny Evans, Victor Lindelof and Tom Heaton are all out of contract in June.
United have still not triggered the one-year extension in the contract of Amad, who has emerged as one of their most important players this season.

The 22-year-old has started in ten of United's last 13 games and scored the winner in the Manchester derby away to City last month.
United head coach Ruben Amorim said four weeks ago United "will find a solution" to extend Amad's stay. The winger has also outlined his desire to sign a new contract.
The failure to extend Amad's deal before the January transfer window is a surprise. United activated the one-year option in contracts for Lindelof, Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Hannibal Mejbri in December 2023 as they intended to sell the trio in the summer.
The injury-prone Lindelof, 30, has become unsellable at United and he is currently sidelined again. The Swede will almost certainly be released in the summer.
Maguire, 31, earns around £200,000-a-week and it is uncertain whether United will extend such a high earner's contract until 2026 with cost-cutting rife at the club. United declined to exercise their one-year option in the contracts of David de Gea and Raphael Varane in recent summers and both players were released.
Maguire has regained his place in the starting XI in recent weeks but he turns 32 in March and has had a number of injury issues over the past year.
Evans celebrates his 37th birthday on Friday and this could be the final season of his garlanded career. The centre back, who made his United debut in 2007, indicated he would have retired had he not re-signed with the club in the summer.
Eriksen turns 33 next month and, like Lindelof, is set to be let go in the summer unless a buyer emerges this month. The Denmark international started in nine of former manager Erik ten Hag's last ten matches in charge but he has only lined up three times in the past two months.
Heaton, 38, has not played for United since February 2023 and remains the club's third-choice goalkeeper despite the jittery performances of number two Altay Bayindir. Heaton had offers to join Luton Town or Hull City 18 months ago.
