SKIPTON are involved in the only preliminary-round tie for this season’s Waddilove Cup.

They have been drawn at fellow Division Two side Thackley on Sunday, April 27 in the Aire-Wharfe League’s blue-riband competition.

The winners of that match will be at home to Premier Division Adel in the first round on Sunday, May 18.

On the same day, Premier Division Steeton, winners in 2022 and 2023 and runners-up in 2024, will be at home to Division One opponents in Guiseley.
