Star wrestlers set to defend title in Swindon this weekend
Two British wrestlers are set to defend their titles in Swindon this weekend.
Jordan Sparkes and Toby St. John, known as The Blockbusters, will defend their NWA JCP Tag Team titles at The Deanery on Saturday, January 20.
The duo, who captured the belts in Tennessee, USA, will face Swindon native JD Knight and Josh Knott, collectively known as The Steel Serpents.
The event is part of British Kingdom Pro Wrestling’s Battle Kingdom 2025.
Ahead of their big match, The Blockbusters reflected on the cultural contrasts between Swindon and Tennessee.

The duo said: "Both places have their own charm.
"Tennessee is more laid-back, and the people are incredibly hospitable.
"In Swindon, we love the vibrant culture and the food scene.
"Tennessee has its own unique flavours but nothing beats a good English breakfast."
Having spent time in both Swindon and Tennessee, The Blockbusters paused ahead of their big match to reflect on the cultural contrasts between the places.
