It's the fantasy football playoffs, so you know it's no time to mess around.

And what we've got with Isaac Guerendo is some risk.

The San Francisco 49ers running back is questionable with a sprained foot, but per ESPN's Adam Schefter: he "plans to play" and Guerendo has said he feels good.

This is tricky. The Rams give up 141 yards on the ground per game, which is good news for Guerendo, but will the Niners take it easy with him on Thursday in a short week and the playoffs a longshot?

Which brings us to: should you start the running back in fantasy football?

I'm going to say that if he's playing, he's worth starting as your RB2 or FLEX, even without practicing all week. There's risk of reinjury, but it might be worth it.
