Struggling Stoke remain without a win in the Sky Bet Championship under manager Mark Robins after a disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Oxford United this afternoon.

The Potters have now drawn three of Robins’ four league games in charge and have only one victory in their last 15 Championship matches, leaving them dangerously close to the relegation zone.

While Oxford boss Gary Rowett was unable to come away from his former club with all three points, his side are now unbeaten in eight league matches since he took charge just before Christmas.

But regardless of who the visiting manager was, Potters fans were more concerned by their own team’s lack of a cutting edge.

New signing Ali Al-Hamadi was watching from the stands at the bet365 Stadium hoping that he will be able to come in and be the answer next week. As it stands, he’ll be coming into a team that is only two points above the relegation zone.

And at least one Stoke supporter has a cunning plan to rescue his team… even if it does mean more pain further down the line…

Dan: Can’t we spend 50 mil to stay up and take a 6 point deduction next season.

Luke Furnival: This week will prove how much Coates wants us to play championship football next year. As this stands we’re the 2nd worst in the league. We wouldn't have scored if we played till 5pm.

Brian Tunnicliffe: Not good enough, absolutely no response from the Portsmouth defeat. Only one way we are heading. Down!

Philippe D: We're down, we are so bad against teams we should be beating, 1 point from the last 2 games

Oatcake: Really poor again. Don't see where we get our next win at the moment. I think this season is going to be the closest we will come to being relegated.

Jack Rutter: Could have easily won it with the amount of times we had the ball in dangerous positions. Decision making and passing is absolutely horrendous. Probably should have had a pen, but also got away with one when Johansson had a mare.

Paul: Outplayed and lucky to get a point. No goals v Oxford and Plymouth at home. 100% in the relegation battle.

Matt Brown: Awful game, worst in a while. Toothless going forward, disjointed throughout, need some big changes if we want to stay up.

Keysie: Stoke have nothing creative. We can sign as many strikers as we like but we do not have the people to make the chances for them to finish. Granted the league difference, but Lowe at Walsall made chances and he scored. Stoke have no one. They need another six players minimum to do anything.

Ollyxii: Blinkers are off. It’s an absolute miracle we haven’t lost that and will be an even bigger miracle if we stay up.
