Leeds United are in the driving seat for promotion as they prepare for their top-of-the-table clash with Burnley. Three points at Turf Moor tonight would move the Whites six points clear of the third-placed Clarets.

Daniel Farke's troops are undefeated in their past 10 matches (W7 D3) and boast the best attack in the Championship. But the Clarets are a formidable team themselves at this level and have yet to lose on their own turf this season.

Ex-United defender Danny Mills told talkSPORT: “[It’s] going to be very, very difficult – Burnley [are] the masters of keeping clean sheets, aren’t they? Defensively very very solid, [a] tough game for both teams.

“Leeds have four forward players that are fantastic and can change those four for another four at any point. I think it’ll be tight, I think it could be 1-0 either way.”

A CasinoHawks Championship supercomputer has backed the Whites to win the league at a canter. Their predicted final table has tipped United to chalk up 103 points, 15 ahead of their nearest challengers Burnley.

Sheffield United, beaten 3-0 by Yorkshire neighbours Hull City last Friday, are expected to narrowly miss out on automatic promotion. The Blades will finish third, two points clear of Sunderland, who were held to a draw by bottom-of-the-table Plymouth Argyle over the weekend. West Bromwich Albion and Watford are predicted to finish fifth and sixth respectively.

The supercomputer also reckons Plymouth, Luton Town and Portsmouth will be relegated to League One. Struggling Derby County have been backed to stay up on goal difference at Portsmouth's expense.
