Swindon Town's local derby against Cheltenham Town at The Nigel Eady County Ground in March has been moved due to television.

Sky Sports have announced the latest round of games selected for broadcast next month and that will include Swindon hosting Cheltenham.

This is the sixth match this season in which Swindon's games have been moved under the new EFL TV deal with Sky Sports, having just played Port Vale at home in the early slot.

This season’s TV deal means that each League Two club will be shown at least 20 times this season across the various EFL competitions.

The match on March 15 has seen its kick-off time moved from the traditional 3 pm slot to 12.30 pm and will be shown on Sky Sports +.

In the reverse fixture back in October, Swindon enjoyed their first-ever win at The EV Charger Points Stadium as George Cox, Will Wright, and Joel McGregor struck to give Town a 3-0 advantage before Michael Flynn's side gave them a late scare through goals from George Miller and Ethon Archer.

At present, only goal difference separates the West Country sides in the League Two table, with Swindon one place above Cheltenham, although the Gloucestershire club have two games in hand.
