'That's his best' - Mykhailo Mudryk told reason for Chelsea form after Nottingham Forest goal
Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk has been told why he has started finding his best form after scoring against Nottingham Forest.
Saturday night saw the Blues face Forest at the City Ground in one of their final league fixtures of the season. Chelsea were looking to secure three points in their quest to clinch European football.
Mauricio Pochettino's side are not able to qualify for the Champions League, but will still have ambitions of securing a spot in the Europa League or Europa Conference League.
After facing Forest, Chelsea also have games against Brighton and Bournemouth to conclude Pochettino's first year as manager.
Mudryk opened the scoring for Chelsea at the City Ground as the Blues took an early lead. Forest then responded with a goal from Wily Boly before the half-time break.
Before Mudryk found the back of the net, the Chelsea star earned praise from Sky Sports commentator Alan Smith. The former Arsenal star praised Mudryk, saying that a regular place in the starting line-up will boost the Ukraine international's confidence.

"Mykhailo Mudryk is looking a bit more like it lately," said Smith while on commentary for Sky Sports. "It helps that this is his fifth start on the trot, that is his best.
"He's bound to gain a bit more match sharpness and rhythm and there should be a lot more to come from the lad. He looks to be heading in the right direction."
When describing Mudryk's goal, Smith added: "Inch-perfect precision in the pass and the finish. He starts really wide here, Mudryk, and makes that diagonal run out to it. No surprise Cole Palmer sees the run and delivers perfectly, as does the Ukraine international.
"I earmarked him at the start, and that will push him along on his journey. Lovely finish, great start for Chelsea."
