Thirsk 10 Mile Race set to raise funds for multiple charities
The Thirsk 10 Mile Road Race is gearing up to raise funds for several charities, including Herriot Hospice Homecare and WheelPower.
Set for March 16, the event will take place at Thirsk Racecourse, beginning at 10am.
Hosted by the Thirsk & Sowerby Harriers, the race features a fast, flat course, and all finishers will receive a T-shirt.
The event, which begins with a fun run at 9am, is part of the Yorkshire Veterans' Athletic Association's Championship.
The race is open to both runners and wheelchair participants.
