Three changes as Frank Lampard names strong team for Sheffield Wednesday FA Cup tie
Frank Lampard has made just three changes to his Coventry City side for tonight’s third round FA Cup tie against Sheffield Wednesday at a foggy and freezing CBS Arena.
The Sky Blues boss said he is a traditionalist and wants to do well in the competition and his team selection fits with that view on a night when it looks like he’s sticking with last week’s 3-4-1-2 formation.
Oliver Dovin continues in goal behind a back three that sees one change, with Luis Binks coming in for Joel Latibeadiere alongside Liam Kitching and Bobby Thomas. Milan van Ewijk continues at right wing-back but Jay Dasilva comes in for Jake Bidwell on the left for the second change to the selection.

Ellis Simms comes in as a straight swap for Norman Bassette, who drops to the bench, as Brandon Thomas-Asante is handed a second consecutive start up front.
Fabio Tavares, Tatsuhiro Sakamoto and Raphael provide addition attacking back-up among the subs where youngster and right-back Gregory Sandiford Junior is handed a place in the squad for the first time.
