Three changes as Michael Carrick is forced into major alterations for Burnley game
MICHAEL CARRICK has made three changes to his Middlesbrough side for this evening's home game with Burnley.
All three alterations are enforced, with Rav van den Berg suspended following his Boxing Day dismissal against Sheffield Wednesday and both Sol Brynn and Tommy Conway unavailable because of injury.
Tom Glover starts in goal, with the Australian making his first start of the season after coming off the bench against the Owls.
George Edmundson replaces van den Berg in defence, and will form a central-defensive pairing with Dael Fry.
Emmanuel Latte Lath starts in attack, having come on for Conway in the Boxing Day draw.
Delano Burgzorg retains his place on the left-hand side ahead of Riley McGree, who is on the bench.
Teenage goalkeeper Shea Connor is named amongst the substitutes, along with fellow youngsters Law McCabe and Harley Hunt.
