Tom Brady delivers four-word message as Birmingham City seal crucial win in promotion chase
Tom Brady has acknowledged Birmingham City's crucial victory over promotion wannabes Huddersfield Town on Tuesday night, in what could prove to be a pivotal game-week in the race for promotion back to the Championship. Keshi Anderson's stunning second half goal, a goal worthy of winning any game, separated Blues from the Terriers.
On a night when Wycombe Wanderers struck late to win again, but Wrexham suffered a surprise defeat at home to Stevenage, Blues couldn't be in a healthier position; they are two points clear of Wycombe with two games to play but, more importantly, they've extended the game to third placed Wrexham - and so to the play-offs - to eight points.
Blues are also now 16 matches unbeaten, since that disappointing reverse to Shrewsbury Town back in November and are pressing on under Chris Davies, despite in recent weeks having to contend with multiple injury problems, to ensure that their stay in League One is a brief one.

NFL great Brady, who owns a stake in Blues and chairs the club's advisory board, has kept an eye on his team from afar. Recognising the narrow yet significant 1-0 victory over Huddersfield, who remain in fourth, on Tuesday night, he posted on social media: "HUGE win today boys."
Blues welcome Rotherham United - the other side, along with Huddersfield, who dropped into League One from the Championship at the end of last season - this coming Saturday, before they visit Stevenage in the EFL Trophy and host Newcastle United in a highly anticipated FA Cup fourth round tie.
