Here's your round-up of all the latest Swansea City news for Friday, January 3.
Williams confirms contact with Wycombe over Low
Luke Williams says Swansea City have made contact with Wycombe Wanderers over a move for centre-back Joe Low.
The Wales international has emerged as a top target for the Swans, with Williams recently admitting he was a player Swansea admired.

Reports elsewhere have claimed the club have already had a bid rejected, and Williams has now confirmed there has been contact with the Chairboys.
"I worked with Joe very briefly when he was young at Bristol City and he already had the potential to be a really good player," he said. "Now he is a really good player and he’s competing at the top end of League One. Very, very capable player.
"He’s someone we’re interested in and we like and we respect he’s in the thick of it at the moment. We want him to concentrate on that, but he’s certainly a player we admire.
"I know there’s been contact between us and we’ll see where the land lies. But he’s a Wycombe player."
Williams still hopeful on Darling contract
Meanwhile, Williams insists the pursuit of Joe Low isn't an indication that Harry Darling will be the leaving the club.
"That’s a good question," Williams said when asked if Low's arrival would signal the end of Darling's Swans career.
"I don't think it’s true though. I think it’s us trying to be a step ahead. We believe Harry will be with us beyond the end of this season. We believe we can show him that this is the best place for him to continue his career, but at the same time we want to make sure we have players coming in that strengthen the whole squad and potentially make us an even better team."
Darling is out of contract at the end of the season, and talks over a new deal have now been shelved for the time being, and a resolution may now not be found until the summer.
Having already tied down Ben Cabango to a new deal this season, the club have made similar moves to try and convince Darling to commit, with Williams stating they have now made their case to the player.
"That’s pretty much done," Williams said when asked if the club had now completed their pitch to the former MK Dons man. "But we are going to be nagging him constantly. The football club and Harry’s representatives. Myself and Harry will concentrate on playing the game.
Pressed on whether the club would likely have to wait until the summer, he added: "I think that’s a scenario that could play out. Yes."
"I am still optimistic that Harry will stay," Williams added. "Nothing is better for a player than playing well and being respected and enjoying his football. I think he’d be telling a porky if he said that wasn’t the case for him.
"We have to make this the most appealing it can be for him."
Abbey departs
Nelson Abbey has left Swansea City.
The centre-back arrived on loan from Olympiakos in the summer, but has now returned to his parent club having made just one appearance for the Swans - the defeat to Wycombe Wanderers in the League Cup.
In a short statement, the club said: "Swansea City can confirm Nelson Abbey has been recalled from his loan spell by parent club Olympiacos.
"The defender joined the Swans in August, and had made one appearance for the club."

Cabango out but Franco itching for shock recall
Luke Williams has confirmed he will be without Ben Cabango for the visit of West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.
However, he says there's a chance Goncalo Franco may yet feature, despite suffering a broken jaw in the win over Luton Town last Sunday.
"Ben's not fully fit. So he shouldn’t be too long. It's very minor but not fully fit.
"Goncalo's all good. Somehow. Somehow. If it was a human it would have been a big problem! He just put his teeth back in and left the hospital with a broken jaw and decided he’s fit.
"On a serious note, clinically there’s a very minor risk. I imagine it’s very uncomfortable and painful. But his teeth have relocated to their original place. He's tough and he’s desperate to play.
"Joe Allen's available. He’s been away for a little while so we have to be careful. Parker and Ginnelly will train tomorrow."
