Top footballer visiting school to help raise money for new sports equipment
A top footballer will be visiting a Somerset school to help raise money for new sports equipment.
Jack Rutter, a GB Paralympian and former captain of the Great Britain Cerebral Palsy football team, will be visiting Priddy Primary School on Tuesday, February 11.
He will be putting the children through their paces in a sponsored fitness circuit, before holding an assembly for the whole school.
The school said: "The aim of the event is to help the school raise money for new sports equipment, improve levels of physical activity and wellbeing, and to inspire the children to be more active and follow their dreams."
