Tottenham injury update: Richarlison, Manor Solomon, Ryan Sessegnon latest news and return dates

Tottenham hope to have Richarlison fit for the trip to Newcastle on Saturday.

The Brazilian forward sat out the win over Nottingham Forest but Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has issued a positive update on his potentially imminent return.

Injury issues have largely subsided for the north Londoners of late.

Only the triple long-term absence of Ryan Sessegnon, Fraser Forster and Manor Solomon continues to persist as the run-in kicks off.

Here is your latest update of Tottenham injury news and return dates...

Richarlison

Ange Postecoglou confirmed a knee issue for Richarlison ahead of the Forest win, which kept the Brazilian sidelined.

However, there is hope he will be fit to face Newcastle.

"He's had a bit of a niggle with his knee so we'll probably give him this weekend off just to get totally over it,” said the manager.

“Hopefully he'll be ready for Newcastle next week.”

Potential return date: April 13, vs Newcastle

Manor Solomon

Israeli winger Solomon’s debut season at Spurs has not gone to plan, after only six appearances.

Struck down with a knee injury in December, he was forced to go under the knife again last month and is set to miss the rest of the season.

Potential return date: Summer 2024

Ryan Sessegnon

Postecoglou confirmed last week that Sessegnon’s season is likely over after he suffered a second hamstring issue.

The defender had only just made his comeback from summer surgery on the muscle when he pulled up in a reserve game in late February.

Potential return date: Summer 2024

Fraser Forster

Tottenham are likely to be without Forster for the rest of the campaign after he broke a bone in his foot in February.

Potential return date: Summer 2024
