Tottenham vs Manchester United score predicted as Carabao Cup fate decided
After their fantastic Manchester derby victory on the weekend, Man United will be looking to continue their winning form when they face Tottenham in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
Amad Diallo was United's saviour on the weekend, with the forward winning a penalty before scoring the winning goal as United came from behind to beat fierce rivals Man City 2-1 in the Premier League. The victory at the Etihad Stadium moved Ruben Amorim's side just five points behind City in the league but, for now, all attention turns to the Carabao Cup, where a trophy is there to be won.
United travel to the capital later today to take on Spurs in the Carabao Cup, with United beating Leicester City 5-2 in the last round to book their spot in the quarter-finals. The two sides have already met this season, and Amorim will be hoping for a much better result than the 3-0 defeat his side suffered at Old Trafford in September.

We simulated Tottenham vs Man United to get a score prediction
To complete this simulation, we used EA FC 25 and updated the squads with the latest injuries and suspensions.
We predict that Tottenham could line up in a 4-3-3 formation, with their starting XI as follows: Forster; Porro, Dragusin, Gray, Spence; Bissouma, Sarr, Maddison; Kulusevski, Solanke, Son.
We predict that United could set up in a 3-4-2-1 formation, with their line-up as follows: Onana; De Ligt, Maguire, Martinez; Dalot, Mainoo, Ugarte, Malacia; Amad, Fernandes; Hojlund.
The first half was dominated by United, and the best chance of the half fell to Rasmus Hojlund, but the striker could only direct Diogo Dalot's cross wide of the target from a promising shooting position. Spurs were slow out the gates, but after the restart, they were the better side.
Dominic Solanke came close when he was sent through on goal by a wonderful Archie Gray pass, but Andre Onana made a terrific save to parry the shot onto the post. United were starting to struggle under the Spurs pressure, and with 64 minutes on the clock, the deadlock was broken.
Heung-Min Son did well to cut in from the left before surging towards goal, and he spotted the darting run of James Maddison who surged into the United box untracked. Maddison latched onto Son's pass before gliding past Harry Maguire, and a composed finish saw him curl the ball into the bottom corner to make it 1-0.
Amorim brought on Joshua Zirkzee with 10 minutes remaining in an attempt to grab a goal back, and the perfect opportunity fell the striker's way when Amad's driven cross was deflected into his path, but from six yards out, the Dutchman fired his strike straight into the grasp of the 'keeper.
In the final minute of the game, Spurs were given the chance to put the game to bed when Lisandro Martinez tripped Brennan Johnson in the box, with the referee rewarding a penalty. Maddison stepped up to take, and the midfielder grabbed his and Spurs' second, confirming United's exit from the Carabao Cup.
