Town youngster has Hereford loan extended by a month
Swindon Town midfielder Dylan Mitchell has had his loan with National League North side Hereford extended.
The original deal was a one-month loan but it has been extended by a month following impressive performances.
The 19-year-old has played five games for the Bulls in the sixth tier and has started in every appearance.
Mitchell has managed to register a league goal and an assist in his spell so far and will be involved in the games over the busy festive period as he hopes to continue an impressive start.
The young player signed for the Wiltshire side from Aston Villa in the summer as the Robins beat competition from other League Two teams for the midfielder.
He made his first appearance in the 4-2 loss against League One Crawley in the Carabao Cup and played 19 minutes at the Broadfield Stadium.
His League Two debut would come soon after with a five-minute cameo against Walsall and he’d make his second league appearance against Crewe as he replaced Jake Cain late on.
In the Vertu Trophy victories against Bristol Rovers and Tottenham Hotspur U21’s he also registered minutes from the bench but was loaned out in November.
