Transfer news LIVE: Arsenal star Aubameyang wanted by Barcelona and Inter Milan

Welcome back to the Evening Standard’s coverage of the forthcoming January transfer window.

Liverpool have completed a deal for Takumi Minamino, but the big story to date saw Erling Haaland snub Manchester United for Borussia Dortmund – though Man Utd have had their say on that, and could make a move for Benfica midfielder Gedson Fernandes or Everton's Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

That extra firepower at Dortmund could be beneficial to Chelsea, with talk that Jadon Sancho is open to joining them and moving in London. The Blues appear to be ready to plunder the Bundesliga, with Philippe Coutinho and Timo Werner also linked.

Elsewhere, Granit Xhaka's future at Arsenal remains uncertain and Tottenham are reportedly ready to pip their north London rivals to Dayot Upamecano while Liverpool target a new partner for Virgil van Dijk.

But what about Arsenal's captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang? Well apparently Barcelona and Inter Milan want to sign the Gabon international.
