Trevoh Chalobah shows true colours with message to forgotten Chelsea star
Trevoh Chalobah has sent a message to Chelsea loanee Ben Chilwell after he played for Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Chilwell, 28, who joined the Eagles on loan last month, came on for the final 18 minutes at Selhurst Park. He replaced Tyrick Mitchell as Oliver Glasner's side chased a breakthrough against relegation-threatened Ipswich Town.
Although Chilwell didn't have a direct contribution, Palace went 1-0 in front in the 82nd minute. Ismaila Sarr was the match-winner, as he burst past his marker before chipping the ball over goalkeeper Alex Palmer.

Ipswich pushed to grab a late leveller but Palace held on to claim a narrow win and record back-to-back home victories in the Premier League for the first time this season. It's a result that moves them up to 11th, just eight points behind Manchester City inside the top four. At one point, Palace were in a relegation battle, but now they are looking up and chasing a potential European spot.
And after their win over Ipswich, on loan defender Chilwell posted on Instagram. Alongside four images of him in action, Chilwell said in a caption: "Another good afternoon. See you in a few weeks.. [smiling face emoji]"
Chalobah, who was on loan at Palace for the first half of the season, posted in the comments section. He put a crossed fingers emoji. It's unclear why Chalobah decided to post that, but he may have just been supporting his teammate, having played alongside Chilwell at the Blues for the last couple of years.
Nevertheless, it's clear that Palace are on a roll right now. Speaking after the game, Glasner was delighted. He told Premier League Productions: "It was an amazing goal from Ismaila Sarr and we took the win.
"We are really proud because it's a third win in a row in the Premier League. It's a tough thing for any team to do and these guys did it. It's a great statement."
"Sarr is really doing well and it was a great decision. We had two chances - both times the goalkeeper was on the grass and saved it. Then the third time, he chipped the ball and it was the right decision to give us the three points.
"We now have three weeks without a game and it is important for us to use this time in the best way to make sure we are ready for the crunch time."
