Video: Can Israel Adesanya recapture UFC middleweight title?

Israel Adesanya finds himself in a tricky spot.

The former UFC middleweight champion is coming off back-to-back defeats for the first time in his MMA career. Saturday at UFC Fight Night 250, Adesanya takes on top contender Nassourdine Imavov in the main event of the Saudi Arabia card.

It's a tough fight that could further Adesanya's fall after losing his championship belt in 2023 – or could set him back on a short track to regaining his title, given the ranking of the opposition and his standing in the sport as one of the biggest names today.

Which one will it be? Are Adesanya's championship days over, or can he rule the UFC's 185-pound division once again?

MMA Junkie's Mike Bohn, Nolan King, Danny Segura and host Gorgeous George discuss Adesanya's return fight vs. Imavov, and the way his career could play out given the different results.

Watch their discussion in the video above, and don't miss this week's complete episode of "Spinning Back Clique" below on YouTube.
