With Liverpool playing Spurs in one semi-final, the winner will face either Arsenal or Newcastle United at Wembley in the final. Whoever makes the showpiece event, it promises to be another fascinating Carabao Cup occasion.
First up in the semi-finals is the first leg of Arsenal vs Newcastle later today at the Emirates Stadium. The Magpies won 1-0 against the Gunners earlier in the campaign in the Premier League, but that was at St James' Park. This latest clash kicks off at 8pm UK time (3pm ET) with the second leg not until February.
It will be shown live on two channels in the UK. As well as being on Sky Sports, it will also be free to air on ITV. It can be streamed either via the Sky GO app or through ITVX, the channel's streaming and playback service. In the US, the Carabao Cup match can be caught on Paramount+.

Arsenal and Mikel Arteta will be without Bukayo Saka (hamstring), Raheem Sterling (knee), Ben White (knee), Takehiro Tomiyasu (knee) and Ethan Nwaneri (muscle). Kai Havertz remains a doubt because of illness.
Newcastle boss Eddie Howe will be missing Nick Pope (knee), Emil Krafth (shoulder), Callum Wilson (thigh) and Jamaal Lascelles (knee). Bruno Guimaraes and Fabian Schar will also be absent through suspension.
"We’re very excited to play the game in front of our crowd," Arteta said during his press conference. "A semi-final, an opportunity to earn the right to be in a final and that starts tomorrow with two legs. Obviously they’re going to be two long games against a very competitive team, we know that, but very excited and we need a big, big atmosphere in our stadium."
Howe said on Anthony Gordon: "Anthony was in a bit of discomfort with the cut which was a nasty looking one. He came from that incident with blood on himself so we dusted him down. He got back on the pitch and performed really well for us. I thought he had a really good game so we will see how he is today."
