Liverpool visit Aston Villa tonight on the back of beating their West Midlands rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers last time out. An unorthodox Luis Diaz goal and a Mohamed Salah penalty were enough for the three points after the Reds held on despite Matheus Cunha halving Wolves' deficit with a fine strike from distance.

Villa, meanwhile, drew 1-1 at home to a ten-man Ipswich Town team on Saturday afternoon, giving them an extra 24 hours of rest.

That result extends their winless run in the Premier League to four matches, with their last victory coming over a month ago away to Everton.

Since then, they have also drawn away to Arsenal and home to West Ham United while being beaten 2-0 by Wolves at the start of February.

However, they did defeat Tottenham Hotspur at Villa Park in the fourth round of the FA Cup and also saw off Celtic there to secure Champions League last 16 progression.

If you are not in the away end at Villa Park tonight, here are all the details to follow the action from afar.

Who is showing Villa vs Liverpool live in the UK?

TNT Sports are showing Villa vs Liverpool this evening, which you can subscribe to through BT, EE, Sky and Virgin Media.

The match was selected for live broadcast in late January when it was still due to take place in mid-March.

However, it was rescheduled to tonight after the Reds reached the League Cup final, which takes place the same weekend as they were due to visit Villa Park.

The programme starts at 6:30pm, with an hour of build-up before the game begins at 7:30pm, much like last midweek's Merseyside derby.

It will be broadcast on TNT Sports 2 as the Champions League knockout phase play-off second leg between Real Madrid and Manchester City is on TNT Sports 1.

discovery+ will also be streaming all the action.
