Liverpool travel to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night in what has become a significant fixture in the title race. The Reds sit top of the Premier League table with a six-point lead and a game in hand over their rivals.

Arne Slot's side will now be preparing to face the only team to have beaten them in the league this season. A 1-0 loss to Forest in September and last week's defeat to Tottenham by the same scoreline in the Carabao Cup are Liverpool's only losses so far in 2024/25.

Forest have enjoyed a phenomenal season under Nuno Espirito Santo, with the City Ground club sitting third in the Premier League table after 20 matches. The East Midlands club have won seven consecutive matches across all competitions.
