The left-back came off in the first leg of the last-16 tie with Freiburg with a groin injury.
James Ward-Prowse is the main to drop out, he starts on the bench as West Ham go with a 4-2-3-1 formation which will likely see Jarrod Bowen or Lucas Paqueta slot in behind Antonio.
Edson Alvarez returns to the midfield and Kurt Zouma replaces Nayef Aguerd in defence.
David Moyes told during his pre-match press conference on Wednesday: "Maxwel Cornet is back [in training] after receiving treatment, but he won't be fit for this game.”
Moyes hinted yesterday that he will continue to deploy Danny Ings as an impact substitute after he scored the equaliser with an impressive cameo at the weekend. The striker is again on the bench.
"I think [Ings] came into a game that suited him on Sunday,” the manager noted. “Everyone knows he's a good finisher, and there were chances in and around the box that he took.
"That's his first goal for a while, and we were all happy for him."
