'We've played Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal recently - one team is a level above'
Brentford boss Thomas Frank has labeled Liverpool the best team in the world after facing Arne Slot's men this weekend. And he says having also faced Manchester City and Arsenal, he expects the Reds to win the Premier League title.
"I think we just played City and Arsenal and now Liverpool in a short amount of time," Frank told the BBC after Darwin Nunez's late brace sealed a 2-0 win for the Reds. "For me, they're a level above the two teams. They're complete.
"Their work ethic, the way they track back, are good indicators. They're so good all over the pitch. Such a threat going forward. These are really, really good. It's the best team in the Premier League and the world. They're huge favorites to win it [the title]."

Liverpool has a six-point lead at the top of the table as things stand. The Reds also have a game in hand against Everton, which will be played in the middle of February.
"I thought we played a really good game against the best team in the world right now," Frank continued. "We did a lot of things right. We defended very well. We gave the opportunities away but not too big.
"We probably lacked the final cutting edge. We had some good chances and opportunities that never became opportunities because of the last pass or touch. Their center-backs were exceptionally good."
Liverpool.com says: Frank might have been making a point to his own players to some degree, that they had held the "best team in the world" until the 91st minute, but it is hard to argue with him. Liverpool is leading the way in the Premier League and the Champions League and there is no better gauge than that.
