Everton and Chelsea lock horns in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

It's been a week of positive news for the Merseysiders, with the Toffees announcing the takeover by The Friedkin Group had been officially ratified by the Premier League.

This could - and should - be the start of a new era for Sean Dyche's side, who have a new home to move into next season, and with new owners at the helm things appear brighter at Goodison Park.

The old ground will host this clash against high-flying Chelsea for the last time ever today - unless a clash in the FA Cup came up of course - and it is set to be stern test of the home team's credentials.

The Blues' turnaround under new boss Enzo Maresca has been remarkable, even for a side that has spent more than a £1billion in the past few seasons on players.

Last term they looked like individuals; this campaign, under former Leicester City boss Maresca, they appear to be genuine title contenders.

Unfortunately for fans of both clubs, today's clash, which is scheduled to kick-off at 2pm, will not be shown on TV in the UK.

That's simply because the fixture was not selected by broadcaster Sky Sports for presentation. They are broadcasting Fulham's fixture with Southampton at Craven Cottage instead.

Outside of the UK, fans will be able to watch the clash at Goodison via their local Premier League TV rights holders. In the United States, NBCUniversal holds the rights to all 380 games in the Premier League this season. UK fans will have to wait for highlights to be made available by Sky shortly after full time or for Match of the Day 2, which is on Sunday night.

Other games on Sunday include:

Fulham v Southampton 2pm

Leicester City v Wolves 2pm

Man Untied v Bournemouth 2pm

Tottenham v Liverpool 4.30pm
