Efforts from Josh Neale and Jacob Reynolds were kept out, but Fawley goalkeeper James Bruce couldn't stop Rafferty BOYD-KERR who made it 2-0 with a leap from the far post.
The goals kept coming as Vics added a third via a Jacob REYNOLDS header at the far post, set up by man of the match Toby Snow.
The home team's one-way traffic continued in the second half, with Vics goalkeeper Fraser Law only tested by a shot by Fawley's Jack Roberts.
21st birthday boys Josh and Caleb Neale combined on 66 minutes, with Josh's cross inches away from the crossbar.
It was Caleb NEALE who then finished the job with two goals in the 78th and 85th minutes, the latter seeing Neale take on three defenders before finishing in style.
Caleb Neale was unlucky to not complete his hat trick in the 89th, but sealed an emphatic win for the home team.
Manager Alex Smith said in a post-match interview: "There are plenty of lads on their 21st birthday that would make themselves unavailable, and it was never in doubt that those guys wanted to play.
"(For Caleb) to come and get two goals pretty emphatically, I think his second was pretty special.
"I'm delighted for Caleb he deserves it massively."
Cowes Sports secured a 1-1 draw against Millbrook at Westwood Park.
Cowes Sports went behind in the first half, conceding with a free kick five yards outside the box scuffed low.
The Yachtsmen levelled in the second half, with Browne's blocked shot lashed in by Jake WRIGHT to make it 1-1.
Cowes had more chances in the second half but did not take them, as the game finished one each at Westwood Park.
Newport travelled to Hamworthy United, losing 2-1.
The away team conceded in the 28th minute before Joe BUTCHER equalised in the 62nd with a flick-on from Harry Taylor.
However, only four minutes later, Hamworthy went ahead again, and the game finished 2-1.
East Cowes Vics now move to fourth in the table in Wessex League Division One, with Newport now in eighth place.
Cowes Sports sit at 11th in Wessex League Premier Division.
