GEORGE Waring netted twice in five minutes to set Warrington Rylands on their way to victory at higher-placed Stockton Town.

Neil Reynolds’ men fell behind to a seventh-minute Michael Fowler strike in the Northern Premier League West encounter.

But 30-year-old former Curzon Ashton and Chester striker Waring netted his sixth and seventh goals of the season in the closing stages of the first half.

And Taylor Bowen, three minutes after coming off the bench to replace Waring, netted his first goal of the campaign in added time to seal for Blues a 12th league game unbeaten.

Rylands move up to seventh on the ladder, sixth points adrift of the play-off spots with a game in hand over today’s opponents, fifth-placed Stockton.
