Wrexham's League One promotion rivals suffer huge double blow as loan stars recalled
Wrexham's League One promotion rivals Wycombe Wanderers have been dealt a huge double blow.
It follows two key players being recalled from loan spells with the Chairboys by their parent clubs at the start of the January transfer window.
Midfielder Aaron Morley was the first departure to be announced this week after making 23 appearances so far this season.

Bolton Wanderers confirmed on New Year's Day that the 24-year-old would be returning to them after the two sides failed to agree a new deal.
His final act was to score a decisive injury-time penalty in Wycombe's 2-1 win against Exeter City yesterday.
The result saw them climb above Birmingham City into first place in League One after the Blues were held 1-1 by Stockport County.
Meanwhile, Wrexham dropped into third after their disappointing 2-1 defeat away at Barnsley.
Competition for the two automatic promotion spots in the third tier is tough this season and Wycombe have now suffered a further loss.
Championship outfit West Bromwich Albion have today confirmed their decision to recall central defender Caleb Taylor.
The 21-year-old has made 21 appearances for the Chairboys this season during a successful loan spell.
Wycombe manager Matt Bloomfield described the loss of both players as "disappointing".
He said: “I think we've been really intelligent with the way we've recruited in the loan market over the last couple of seasons…but the downside is they’re not your own.
“You don't have the right over whether to keep them or not when it comes to January.
“The boys have performed too well really because, unfortunately for us, they’re getting recalled. It’s disappointing but we have to say thank you.”
He added: “These boys have been huge for us and the whole group has been fantastic, but Caleb and Aaron have played the majority of minutes since they've been in the building.
“The boys who want more game time need to be ready to step in and if we can recruit, we have to be ready to do that.”
