Wycombe Wanderers striker Brandon Hanlan has moved to League One rivals Stevenage on loan for the rest of the season.

The 27-year-old, who joined the Chairboys from Bristol Rovers back in the summer of 2021, has only featured 13 times this campaign, scoring twice.

His first appearance of the term came in the 3-2 FA Cup victory against York City in November, days before the anniversary of him suffering a serious ACL injury 12 months prior.

Coincidentally, his long-term absence came against the Boro.

Additionally, Hanlan scored the penultimate goal of the Matt Bloomfield managerial reign at Adams Park.

His strike in the 2-0 win over Portsmouth in the FA Cup came four days before Bloomfield’s sudden exit for Luton Town.

In other news, Wanderers’ league matches against Birmingham City and Burton Albion have been moved to TV slots.

The Chairboys face the table-topping Blues at St Andrews on March 1, with the kick-off time being 12.30pm.

They will then face the Brewers three days later, kicking off at 8pm at Adams Park.
