Young Town midfielder joins new loan club in the fifth tier
Ipswich Town young midfielder Ryan Carr has joined National League side Ebbsfleet United on loan for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
The 20-year-old recently returned to the Blues' after making just three appearances during his loan spell at Gateshead during the first half of the campaign.
Carr, who joined Town from Carlisle United for an undisclosed fee in January 2023 has featured for Kieran McKenna's side throughout the last two pre-seasons.
He has also spent time on loan at National League South outfit Aveley last season and now joins Josh Wright's side, who are bottom of the fifth tier.
The academy player was an unused sub in their 1-1 draw with Woking today, with him linking up with former Town loanee Dominic Samuel at the Kent side.
