Arsene Wenger has revealed what he will do next if and when he does finally leave Arsenal.

The Frenchman has been at the club for 22 years and won countless trophies but amid huge fan pressure is reportedly prepping to leave the club this summer, even though he has one year left on his current contract

Despite winning the FA Cup three out of the last four seasons, it’s the Gooners’ poor Premier League form that is Wenger’s undoing. They are 33 points behind leaders current Manchester City and 13 behind rivals Tottenham in fourth spot.

When he does go, there are reports about what he will and should do next – with suggestions Arsenal will honour him with a position upstairs – but when asked by the Daily Star what his plans for life post-Arsenal are, the 68-year-old admitted he’d find it hard to leave football.

When asked if he wanted to continue management after Arsenal Wenger replied: “Yes, of course. As long as I have the physical strength and the desire to do it.

“I know that depends on my physical status and how well I am mentally. It’s a decision I’ll have to make at some stage.

“At the moment I live in the present and I just want to do as well as I can for my club and I don’t worry too much what happens to me.

“You don’t stay 22 years at a club the stature of Arsenal without a total complete commitment and the sacrifice of your life.

“That will not change today until the end of the season, until the end of my contract, if I can I will do that. After I don’t know what I will do.”

Arsenal have been linked this week with a move for former Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel, while Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has also seen his name in the mix.
