Birmingham announce Harry Redknapp as manager as crisis-ridden club look to beat the drop
Harry Redknapp will replace Gianfranco Zola at the Birmingham helm, after the club confirmed his appointment on Tuesday morning.
Zola walked out on the St Andrew’s club after defeat to Burton Albion on Monday, leaving the Blues just three points above the drop zone with three games remaining.
Redknapp, 70, will look to rejuvenate a club already on their third boss of the season, after Gary Rowett was sacked by the club in December, when they were seventh in the league.
