David Beckham fires Paul Pogba response after cryptic Man United transfer reunion hint
Inter Miami co-owner and Manchester United icon David Beckham has issued a response to Paul Pogba as the Frenchman edges closer to a return to professional football.
The France international is still in the process of finding a new club with his competitive comeback set to happen in March. The January transfer window closes on Monday and the midfielder has posted a series of cryptic messages on his social media.
This week, he posted a snap looking out at the famous Port Miami in Florian with the caption: "Let's see what's coming..." It comes days after he poses wearing a 'David Beckham 7' shirt.

The former England captain responded to Pogba days after the post, commenting: "Looking good mate," with two red heart emojis.
Inter Miami are gearing up for their defence of the MLS Supporters' Shield after topping the table in the regular season. Former Liverpool and Barcelona midfielder Javier Mascherano is preparing for his first campaign in the MLS after replacing Tata Martino.
Their preparations have already begun after taking on Club America in a friendly but they begin their Concacaf Champions Cup bid against Sporting KC in February.
Initially, Pogba was handed the sanction after testing positive for dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a drug that can raise a person's testosterone levels. However, the Frenchman chose to appeal the ban and saw it reduced to 18 months by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) - which will expire in March.
Announcing the decision in October, the CAS judges agreed that Pogba had not intentionally taken DHEA and his positive test result came from taking a supplement prescribed to him by a Florida doctor. Despite his ban being reduced, Pogba was released by Juventus in November 2023.
