Fulham ready bumper Tosin Adarabioyo contract to ward off Tottenham and Liverpool transfer interest
Fulham are ready to make Tosin Adarabioyo one of their top earners in a bid to stop him leaving Craven Cottage.
The 26-year-old defender has been in exceptional form since he returned from injury in November, but his contract expires at the end of the season and his future is uncertain.
Liverpool, Tottenham and AC Milan are among the clubs weighing up a summer move for Adarabioyo.
Spurs signed Radu Dragusin in January but Ange Postecoglou admitted last week they want another centre-back in the summer, and Adarabioyo was a target last summer.
Liverpool, meanwhile, are planning for life after Jurgen Klopp’s departure.
Joel Matip's contract expires in the summer and he suffered a serious knee injury earlier this season. Manchester United and Chelsea are also considering whether to sign a centre-back.
Adarabioyo is keen to focus on his football until the summer.
That has given Fulham a window to tie him down to a new deal, and talks have already started.
Adarabioyo has been in excellent form of late, playing 13 of Fulham’s last 15 Premier League games, including the 3-0 win over Tottenham just before the international break.
