Jürgen Klopp was able to let his hair down as he enjoyed his Liverpool farewell party on Sunday night. Klopp took charge of the Reds for the final time as his side beat Wolves.

It was an emotional occasion for all involved as Klopp addressed his adoring supporters at full-time during a post-match presentation. Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold were among those in tears as Klopp took one final lap of the Anfield pitch.

But the mood was more joyful as Klopp celebrated his nine years at the helm with a leaving party alongside players, staff and their family members.

Footage has emerged on social media of Klopp taking to the stage alongside Liverpool legend John Barnes, who was delivering a rendition of Sugarhill Gang track Rapper's Delight. Wearing his cap backwards, Klopp is seen dancing along to Barnes' performance.

The Liverpool ECHO reports that a red carpet was on display outside the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, with the team having set off from there for Anfield earlier in the day. Mohamed Salah took to social media to share a picture alongside Harvey Elliott ahead of the event.

Klopp had told Liverpool's official website that he had to deliver another speech at the party, following his address to the crowd at Anfield. Liverpool has also confirmed that it will stage an event on May 28 for supporters to bid farewell to Klopp.

During his powerful speech, he said: "I’m so happy about you all, about the atmosphere, about the game, about being part of this family, about us, how we celebrated this day. It’s just incredible. Thank you so much.

"We decide if they are worried or excited. We decide if we believe or if we don’t believe. We decide if we trust or we don’t trust. Since today I am once of you, and I keep believing in you. I stay a believer, one hundred per cent."

Liverpool.com says: It was a special day at Anfield and it looks as though Klopp and co. had a special night too. The German will be remembered as one of Liverpool's greatest ever managers and got the send-off he deserved on Sunday. Thankfully his coaching skills are a little bit better than his dancing!
