Joe Hart handed shock Manchester City lifeline
Manchester City have performed a big u-turn – Joe Hart is to join the club for their tour of the United States.
The former England goalkeeper, frozen out for two years, is heading to America with the rest of the squad, City have confirmed.

Hart was placed into exile by Pep Guardiola following his poor performances for England at the 2016 European championships.
City set off for Chicago on Wednesday and there will be a familiar face going with them.
The 31-year-old has been invited to go with them and that nothing has been ruled out with the club keen for more cover for number one Ederson.

The Brazilian won’t be going to America, leaving City with just Claudio Bravo and youngster Daniel Grimshaw.
Hart hasn’t ruled out playing for England again but knows Gareth Southgate won’t consider second or third choice keepers with the Three Lions spoilt for choice.
“Not going to lie, I’m gutted,” Hart wrote on Instagram alongside an image of the England crest when he was left out of the World Cup squad.
“After 2 years of trying to make the most of a really tough situation, this is hard to take.
“I’m proud to have put in the graft and play every minute to qualify with the team and have a really important input in that outcome. I know what I bring to the team, but it is what it is.”
