Liverpool offered new Trent Alexander-Arnold injury verdict as Arne Slot left waiting
An injury expert has projected how long Trent Alexander-Arnold could be sidelined for after he picked up an injury during Liverpool's 2-0 win against Bournemouth.
The Reds' number 66 limped off in the second half and had to be replaced by Conor Bradley just minutes before Mohamed Salah scored Liverpool's second goal to secure a nine-point advantage at the top of the Premier League table.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Arne Slot said the club face an anxious wait to discover the extent of the England international's injury after the right-back asked the head coach to be taken off.

Physio Scout, a football injury analyst verified on X, has provided their expert analysis of Alexander-Arnold's recent injury. Known for offering insights from a sports science perspective, the assessment has added to the growing concern around the Liverpool defender's fitness.
They claim that Alexander-Arnold suffered a quad injury but indicated that it might not be a serious one with Slot saying that he "felt something".
They went on to add that it was suggested unlikely a cork/contusion with that description, initially diagnosing it as either a quad strain or just general tightness.
If it is quad tightness, they estimate the potential recovery time could be less than a week, while if it is a strain the right-back could potentially face two to six weeks out.
It is important to note that there’s nothing official from the club yet on the injury or on how long he could be out for. However the account estimated that "it's probably more likely just quad tightness. Even if it is just discomfort, he'll be racing the clock to make Liverpool's clash vs. Spurs."
However if it is a strain, Slot will be faced with a new worry if Alexander-Arnold is unavailable for a number of fixtures which not only includes the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final but also the rescheduled Merseyside Derby and a trip to the Etihad to face Manchester City.
