Manchester United still working on possible Patrick Dorgu transfer
Manchester United are still working on a deal for Lecce left back Patrick Dorgu in the final week of the winter transfer window.
United officials remain involved in discussions on a fee and personal terms for Dorgu, 20, as they look to bolster their left-hand side. Dorgu started in Lecce's 4-0 home defeat to Inter Milan on Sunday.
Matt Hargreaves, United's director of transfer negotiations, and Base Soccer intermediaries Leon Angel and Frank Trimboli met Lecce officials last week.

A deal for the Denmark international is likely to be contingent on the departure of Tyrell Malacia, currently United's only fit senior left back. Luke Shaw is due to resume training this week after an eight-week absence with a hamstring injury.
Malacia, who has made four starts since he returned from a 550-day lay-off with a knee problem, could move before next Monday's 11pm deadline.
Shaw has not started for United since the away win at Luton Town on February 18 and he has made 15 club appearances since the start of last season.
Antony left United to join Real Betis on loan for the remainder of the season last week and there remains uncertainty over the futures of forwards Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho.
Napoli had an offer of around £40million for Garnacho rejected last week and are considering other targets. They are keen on a move for Borussia Dortmund forward Karim Adeyemi but have not ended their interest in Garnacho.
Rashford has been omitted from 10 of the past 11 matchday squads by United head coach Ruben Amorim, who suggested he would rather play his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach, Jorge Vital, than a player who is not fully committed.
"It’s the same, it’s always the same reason. The reason is the training, the way I see what footballers should do in training, in life, it’s every day, every detail.
"So if things don’t change, I will not change. It’s the same situation for every player. If you do the maximum, if you do the right things, we can use every player.
"And you can see it today on the bench, we miss a little bit of pace to go and change the game, move some pieces. But I prefer it like that. I will put Vital on before I put a player on that doesn’t give the maximum every day. So I will not change in that department."
United have not received a concrete offer for Rashford, whose representatives have held discussions with interested clubs. Rashford is prepared to play as a centre forward to get regular playing time.
